Eat before you are too hungry
Are you hungry? Are you craving for food? Is it affecting your weight?
You must have eaten huge amount of food or might have eaten fast food which makes you greedier and hungrier. What happens after that? This is very common practice which becomes a devil in the course of healthy life or in the course of weight loss.
Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full. These two things are most difficult to practice in our life. But something has to be done. In this article I will let you know how to come up from such situation.

Hunger and fullness is the mind game. When you stop eating and become too hungry then your body gives signals to your mind to eat anything which is available to satisfy the craving. And because of that you start to eat refined food, carbohydrate and sugary food, which lead to weight gain. You won’t be able to concentrate and may experience lightheadedness.
How insulin levels fluctuate?
When you eat after the long time the glucose which is generated from the food will be over produced, and insulin level swings which is not healthy at all. And that’s why one should eat according to proper schedule without making delay, which is a root cause of overweight.

Proper management and healthy eating schedule is an important job, which makes life easier and maintains insulin, weight loss, digestion. Through time management your bodies understands your routine, digests food and break down glucose accordingly, which makes molecules and store energy.
How do I know when to stop?
When your body have enough food at right time it gives feeling of satiety. Brain takes 20mins. to understand that your stomach is full while you are eating, as to understand when to stop one has to eat slowly.
Split your meals into six meals rather than having three square meals a day. Divide your one day meals in such a way that you can have fruits, nuts, and protein along with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hunger pangs & wrong choices:
Research shows that the time when we feel hungry is the dangerous eating time. It is the time when a person is not able to think so much in a corrective way and eat whatever is available at that time .Note that we should have healthy meal ready before we are too hungry.
The main thing which should be kept in mind is that you should not wait to eat till you get hungriest instead you should plan meals in such a way that you will not be able to eat high refined food, carbohydrates, calories and fried food. Because it leads to obesity and makes you prone to other diseases.
