Last year a friend of mine somehow convinced me to join weight studio and it was a turning point in my life. When I saw my first diet I was shocked to see foods like rice,potato, ghee on the list. I had been starved for these since years. I enjoyed my first weeks diet and was least bothered about my weight. But to my surprise I lost 1 kg in my first week!! No starvation ! no exercise !
